DAGGON Carbon 'World Champion Colours'
The new top-of-the-range SPIUK helmet promises to be one of this season’s reference points. It is a helmet for professional use which everyone can afford. Indeed the DAGGON was tested for us by the complete AG2R squad in the 2008 TDF and proved a winner. The aim was to create an aggressive and contemporary look in line with market trends. DAGGON design maintains the SPIUK touch in its shape, one of the brand identity signs.

Lightweight, the small size is just 270 g., comfortable and very well ventilated, the DAGGON is a novel helmet with leading-edge In-Mould Multi-frame technology to guarantee greater safety and comfort. Structurally, it incorporates an internal frame, like a skeleton, made of high performance polymer, which is covered in expanded polystyrene. This carbon fibre reinforcement, including the helmet ribs, in the strategic areas, guarantee comfort, strength and performance in this affordable package.

With 27 openings of optimum size ensure excellent ventilation for the head while in no way affecting reliability. DAGGON’s great comfort is afforded by the studied shape of the helmet dome created following detailed studies on anthropometry and cranial morphology. The inner straps are adjusted by a simple release clip and a soft chinstrap is complemented by an anti insect net which is included.

The DAGGON has successfully passed all controls and impact tests, and is certified to CE standards, as well as European and the CPSC, (US Consumer Product Safety Commission) standards.
The DAGGON helmet is available in sizes S-M (51 to 57 cm.) and M-L (56 to 61 cm.), and in 5 colour versions.

For Daggon users Spiuk are offering a crash replacement scheme with returned damaged helmets being exchanged for a new helmet for Half price.
